Returns within 30 days, All returns require a receipt or other dated proof of purchase will be required for art or other merchandise being returned.

Western & Rodeo Art will replace art or merchandise that damage or sent in error shipping and handling prepaid. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges and insurance on returns to Western & Rodeo Art. We will not accept art or merchandise shipped C.O.D. and we cannot take responsibility for art or merchandise damaged in return shipment. Please inspect your shipment as soon as it reaches you and be sure to note the total number of packages and their condition when signing for the delivery. If any item you have ordered has been lost or damaged in transit, please notify    Western & Rodeo Art promptly.
